It all began in 1995, at Fumoir Grizzly, with the research and development of natural food safety solutions for products from sustainable fisheries. Our team then decided to tackle a major issue in the food industry: the risks associated with contamination and food processing.
Due to the growing interest in this type of research, the Aliotech division was created in 2022 to continue our R&D initiatives.
